View Organisation

Additional Organisation information has been added to the Organisation List:  

• Funding Currency, Funding Option and Funding Method (and you can also filter for an Organisation by this info)
• Status: verified, unverified and inactive

To edit this information, you can click on View Organisation:

This will display the information for the selected Organisation and allow you to update:

• Organisation Information
  • Status
    • Toggle the Organisation Status on/off:
      • If the Organisation is verified on Valtari the status will be verified when toggled on.
      • If the Organisation is not verified on Valtari the status will be unverified when toggled on.
      • The Organisation status will be inactive when toggled off.
  • Organisation Name
    • This will only update the name on EPP; not on Valtari.
    • This will change what displays to the customer when they use EPP and download the Quote from EPP.
• Payment Options: Funding Option or Funding Method:
  • The Funding Option options are: Pre-funded, Post-funded & Internal Settlement
  • The Funding Method options are: Cash in Country, Cash in Country and EFT (International), Cash in Country and EFT (Nostro), EFT (International) & EFT (Nostro).
  • Currently the Funding Currency determines what bank details will be displayed on the customer’s quote downloaded from EPP.
  • If a customer’s Funding Currency is USD and their Funding Method is either Cash in Country and EFT (Nostro) or EFT (Nostro) then they will see the Nostro bank details on the quote downloaded from EPP.
