If a customer requires a custom template, one can be configured and allocated to the customer’s profile for selection when they create a batch.
All customers have been updated to have access to the default templates (for batch create and batch cancel). A custom template has been created for Premier Tobacco and allocated to their profile.
The following templates exist:
To allocate a new template a customer, navigate to the Organisation on Admin Portal and select the template from the list of templates displayed under Batch Defaults and click on Update Information to save. Please make sure to select at least on "Confirmation" template and one "Cancellation" template:
If a customer requires a custom template, one can be created on Valtari and linked to their profile by adding the corresponding ID in the input field above.
