When an EP customer uploads a POP, an email notification will be sent to the EP Ops mailbox:
The POP can be downloaded from the EPP Admin Portal. Navigate to the batch in question and click on the options (ellipses) and View Batch:
The View Batch screen will list the POP(s) uploaded by the EP customer [1]. To download the POP, click on the options (ellipses) and Download [2]:
If the batch does not have a POP the following screen will display:
