EPP Admin users will now be able to see the files related to a batch and the Team Lead user will be able to download a copy for quicker turnaround on support queries needing the files.
Successfully created batches will have the CSV file used to create the batch. This is not the original file, but the file used to create the batch i.e. the one with IDs removed (if not specifically requested to be included); empty rows & columns removed, and fields trimmed of any unnecessary spaces.
Failed batches will have a Batch Error File, indicating which fields in the batch did not conform to the rules.
To access the files, click on “View Batch” from the Batches screen:
