The Organisation Administrator user can assign different roles to users if a segregation of duties is required.
The roles are:
- OrgAdmin: The Organisation Administrator user has access to manage user accounts.
- Operations: The Operations user has access to request payment-related actions (create payment, cancel payment and remove transactions).
- Supervisor: The Supervisor user has access to perform and approve payment-related actions.
- Finance: The Finance user has access to approve payment.
- Support: The Support user has access to view payment and download payment reports.
Finance Support: The Finance Support user will have access to view balances and download statements.
