Submit a request to Mukuru via Enterprise Support [enterprisesupport@mukuru.com] to enable second factor authentication (2FA) on your profile.
Make sure you are using one of the following supported tools:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- FreeOTP
Once 2FA has been enabled on your profile, on your next login you will see the following screen:
Please follow the instructions and add your One-time code and a Device Name to log on.
After this initial setup, when you log in again you should be prompted by the following screen after providing your username and password:
Provide the code as per your selected authenticator tool to complete the login.
