Operations users create requests to get a Supervisor’s approval to perform payment-related activities such as creating a payment, removing a recipient and cancelling the payment. The Request Log will inform you of the current status of the request, and provide additional information if it has been declined.
As an Operations user, you submit requests. As a Supervisor user, you approve requests.
All requests, whether pending review, approved or declined, can be accessed via the Request Log. A summary of the Request Log is displayed on your Dashboard.
There are two ways to navigate to the Request Log:
1. By clicking on the view more button below the request summary on the dashboard:
2. By expanding the Logs menu and selecting Request Log:
Your list of requests will display on the Request Log, including the status of the request and any notes from the reviewer, if it has been reviewed:
