Operational, Supervisor and Finance users can remove recipients from a payment. Recipients can only be removed if the transaction has not been completed (Paid out). When a recipient is removed after funding of the business account, the transaction will be credited.
You will only be able to remove a recipient from a payment if you are an Operations, Supervisor or Finance user.
To remove a recipient from a payment, you must first navigate to the applicable payment by clicking on View Payments in the Payments menu:
On the View Payments screen, locate the payment you want to remove the recipient from and click on the payment:
You can use either the Filter button or the Navigation button to locate the recipient you want to remove. Once you have located the recipient, click the ellipses button and Remove option:
The Remove Transaction screen pop-up will appear and a Removal note will need to be provided. If you are an Operations user, you can request a removal. A Supervisor and Finance user will have access to review the request and the note, and be able to approve or decline the request:
Once the request has been approved, the recipient will be removed.
