Support and Operations users can resend a Voucher SMS to a recipient. Voucher SMSs can only be resent when the transaction is approved.
You will only be able to resend a Voucher SMS to a recipient if you are a Support or Operations user.
To resend a Voucher SMS, you must first navigate to the applicable payment. To do this click on View Payments in the Payments menu:
On the View Payments screen, locate the payment you want to resend a voucher for, and click on the payment:
You can use either the Filter button or the Navigation button to locate the recipient to whom you want to resend the voucher. Once you have located the recipient, click the ellipses button and Resend Voucher SMS option:
